The required equipment necessary to play lacrosse:

• Protective goggles
• Girl's Stick or Crosse (there is a significant difference from the boys crosse)
• Mouthguard
• Cleats for grass and outdoor artificial turf

All players will wear their team uniform as assigned by CYLA.

• ​Gloves (optional but recommended). Light protective gloves will do (but not the big padded gloves the boys wear)
• Shoulders pads
• Arm pads
