The required equipment necessary to play lacrosse:

• Helmet (Preferably white shell)
• Shoulder pads
• Arm pads
• Field Players Crosse (Stick)
• Gloves (Hockey gloves not allowed, rigid thumb)
• Mouthguard
• Protective cup
• Cleats for grass and outdoor artificial turf

All players will wear their team uniform as assigned by CYLA.

• Protective rib pads
• Protective chest pads
• Various addons for helmets, including throat guards, padded chin straps, etc.
• Goal tending equipment
